How do I find my size?
Each product page includes the size chart provided by our supplier, in inches and centimeters, along with how to measure. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you choose.
Can I wear a support belt or band throughout my pregnancy?
Many people use support garments as their bump grows, but every pregnancy is different. If you have pain, a medical condition or any concerns, check with your healthcare provider before using a support product.
Should a support band feel tight?
No. Aim for a fit that feels supportive and comfortable. Loosen or remove it if it feels too tight or causes discomfort.
Are your products medical devices?
No. Our belly bands and support belts are comfort accessories, and the Warmth Duo is a personal comfort device. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Breastfeeding and pumping
How do I use the Warmth Duo?
Read the included instructions before first use, start on a lower setting and check that the warmth feels comfortable on your skin. You can hold it in your hand or place it inside a pumping bra. Don't use it while sleeping or on broken or irritated skin.
What if I have pain, redness or a fever while breastfeeding?
Please contact your healthcare provider or a lactation consultant. These can be signs of a condition that needs professional care.
