The Haven Support Belt pairs a soft under-bump band with wide, adjustable shoulder straps and a large breathable back panel. It's designed to spread support across your shoulders, back and belly, so you can get on with your day in comfort.

- Cradles from below. A wide, textured band sits low beneath your bump and fastens with a hook-and-loop closure, so it's easy to adjust as you grow.
- Shares the load. Two wide shoulder straps, worn like a vest, connect to a one-piece back panel. Slide buckles let you fine-tune the fit.
- Breathes as you move. The back panel is perforated with rows of small vents for airflow.

Size guide
Measure around your lower belly and lower back, passing underneath your bump. Choose your size mainly by lower-belly circumference; weight is a reference only.

How to wear
- Put the straps over both shoulders, like a vest.
- Wrap the band underneath your bump and secure the closure.
- Adjust the band and straps until the fit feels supportive and comfortable.

Adjust to a comfortable tension and avoid over-tightening. Stop wearing it if you feel discomfort. The Haven is a maternity support accessory, not a medical device. If you have pain or other concerns during pregnancy, please talk to your healthcare provider.
